EU consumer withdrawal

For eligible distance purchases, EU consumers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify the seller that they wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. Contact us at the email above with your order reference. After giving notice, return the goods within the applicable 14-day return period. Exceptions under applicable law may apply.

Refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge and are made using the original payment method, subject to applicable law. A seller may withhold the refund until the goods, or evidence of their return, are received. Direct return costs and a reasonable bulky-item return-cost estimate must be disclosed before a purchase; these are currently to be confirmed with your quote. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may result in liability for diminished value.

Faulty or incorrect goods
